According to "Donya Al Watan" newspaper, persistent rumors indicate tha Seif Al Islam Ghadafi has fled Libya to Niger. The newspapers's correpondent in Libya said he was informed by reliable sources that Seif Ghadafi has fled from his custody to Niger. The same sources said that Seif fled with the help of his own aid "Mohamed Rachid". They also said that Seif's plane has arrived to Niger airport.
